I have over 15 years working with local attorneys to understand the legal landscape and am dedicated to alternative conflict resolution. I also have a Master's in Education and a second in Business. I have worked in Corporate and Nonprofit environments and leverage that experience to work for you!

Carolyn Conrad, Mediator
Carolyn started her career in Higher Education, receiving her MA from Bowling Green State University. She worked in College Administration, developing skill in crisis management and working with individuals with differing communication styles. She received her MS in Business, and leverages this knowledge in all aspects of conflict resol

She has worked for local law firms for over 15 years, allowing her to gain important insight into court procedures to produce court approved mediation agreements.
